Appointment Policy
 
  • We request 24 Hours of advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation of appointment.
 
 
  • No show: When a person does not show for appointment and does not give us an advance notice, we consider the person has abandoned the appointment. Abandonment of appointments causes missed opportunities for other patients and loss of time and revenue to our clinic. Persons that abandon their appointments must prepay for all future appointments in order to continue having reservations at our clinic. A prepayment of $35 is required for every appointment at the time of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of any reason if the person fails to commit to the scheduled appointment.
 
 
  • Arrive on time. We encourage patients to be on time for their appointments. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time and this can potentially diminish the effectiveness of the treatment.
 
 
  • Scheduling or rescheduling of appointments is arranged by phone during clinic hours. Please no email or texting.
